62-year-old Patrick Henry Kelly was accused of violating his harassment restraining order. Kelly faces two felony cases of violating harassment orders after he visited the St. Paul home of Jade Tittle, who is the musical director and mid-day host on 89.3 called The Current. Kelly is due in Ramsey County District Court on January 25th, 2022.

Kelly remained in jail on Tuesday waiting to be bailed out on $5,000-dollar bail. According to the court record, there is no attorney listed for him yet. The Current is operated by Minnesota Public Radio (MPR), in a recent statement they said they are “pleased to hear that the authorities are investigating this matter, and we will wait until the legal process plays out.”

In December of 2015, Kelly was sentenced to nine months in the workhouse and five years on probation after pleading guilty to stalking and terroristic threats for his behavior towards DJ Maria Lucia. He started to stalk her and exhibited this behavior in the summer of 2014.

Lucia filed a restraining order against Kelly prohibiting him from being within two city blocks of her and having any direct contact including social media. Kelly continued to violate this order. Tittle filed the order after Kelly sent flowers to her apartment and her workplace. Kelly also sent her a “burner” cellphone, so she could call him without anyone knowing.

The criminal complaints say that Kelly had been fixated on her for months. This was filed after Kelly was spotted on October 22nd driving by Tittle’s residence.
