“Hi! Well, so, basically I have a birthday coming up and I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we’ve had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home!” says Taylor in her Instagram post caption. Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour movie came out digitally on December 13th of this year (aka her birthday)! Her tour isn’t even over, and she’s already created a movie capturing the magical feel of her voice, which is now out on streaming services allowing fans to enjoy her concert from the comfort of their own homes.
The streaming services the movie is out on include Apple TV+ and Prime Video. The prices of rentals have not yet been announced. The movie came out December 13th for U.S, Canada, UK, and Ireland watchers. It will come out December 14th for Australia and New Zealand, and December 21st for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Mexico, and Brazil. Additional countries have not been announced yet. The digital version will feature extra songs from the tour that were not included in the theatre version of the movie. These songs are ‘Wildest Dreams,’ ‘The Archer,’ and ‘Long Live.’
This movie also has many swifties excited for Taylor’s Reputation tour announcement too. From the guitar she used in her photoshoot to the snakes hidden in her backdrops, she is keeping every fan on their toes.
With this movie alone Taylor Swift has gained even more attention than she already has, not to mention money. From the movie alone she has made a grossing total of 123 million. She has taken over the music industry with her songs and performances and plans on continuing to do so in her future career.
