Last week, our Junior Thespians competed at state level and brought home some wonderful titles. In the individual events, the Junior Thespians took home 4 Superior’s and 7 Excellent’s. They also received a Superior on their One Act, “Property Rites.”

With Maia Klhar (8th grade) all-star crew as Mrs. Reeve’s stage manager, Pedro Veloso (8th grade) all-star cast and Dempsey Jara (6th grade) were awarded the title “Best Outstanding Supporting Actor.” Klhar stated, “It feel’s really good to know that my work for the show really paid off. I am very proud to be able to represent this troupe because it really helped me grow as a performer… it’s really amazing to see how far this troupe has come.”

Ms. Reeves praised her troupe’s commitment as she stated, “They follow the hard work and expectations that I give them, …they are great kids. I couldn’t ask for better.” Great job to Troupe 6640 and keep up the good work!
