Alex Jones, American Conspiracy Theorist, talk show host, and founder of Infowars, an American Right-Wing News site viciously heckled Senator Marco Rubio while Rubio was giving a hallway press briefing about the Senate Intelligence Committee hearing.

Jones called Rubio a “little frat boy” and criticized Rubio for ignoring the censorship of conservative speech. A frustrated Rubio rolled his eyes, “He’s weird,” he said, asking the press who Mr. Jones was — a question tailored to irk Mr. Jones. He then called Jones a “Dumb*ss”, to his face. Then Jones patted Rubio on the shoulder. Rubio told Jones, “Don’t touch me again, man, I’m asking you not to touch me.”

When Jones remarked that there was no need to call security nor police, Rubio stated that “You’re not going to get arrested,” Mr. Rubio continued, “I’ll take care of you myself.”

Jones replied to Rubio’s comments, stating, “Oh, he’ll beat me up. He doesn’t know who I am, but he is so mad,” he continued, “You are not going to silence me. You are not going to silence America. You are literally like a little gangster thug. Rubio just threatened to silence me.”

As Rubio walked back to the committee hearing, Jones shot more insults after him. “Look at this little frat boy, he’s so cool. Go back to your bathhouse. There goes Rubio, little punk,” Jones said.

Jones’s network, InfoWars, has been given a “time out” by Twitter, who banned Jones in early August. In response, Jones voiced his concerns to the executives of Youtube and Twitter, while they were at the Capitol.

Fans of InfoWars aren’t the only people frustrated with the censorship of Jones. Professor Jordan Peterson, outspoken political figure, author, and professor at the University of Toronto noted that now that Jones is out of reach from public platforms, no one can “check in” on what theories he has been brewing.
