Superstar rapper, Cardi B turned herself into police on Monday morning after she was involved in a dispute at Angels Strip Club in Flushing, New York on August 29th.

According to a police spokesman, the 25-year-old rapper was throwing chairs at an “unintended target”,  throwing bottles, and throwing hookahs in the club at 3 a.m, and two bartender sisters were assaulted. It is known that the rapper had a long-standing dispute between the sisters after she believed one of the sisters slept with her spouse, rapper Offset. Although the bartenders were hurt, they refused medical treatment. No one else has yet been arrested or charged in connection with the melee and NYPD spokesperson, Officer Arlene Muniz could not provide any more detail about the incident.

Cardi B turned herself into police on Monday, leading to her arrest. She was subsequently arrested and charged with misdemeanors of assault and reckless endangerment. It was reported that she received a desk appearance ticket which means that she will be released and is due to appear before authorities later.

The attorney for the two victims said,” Apparently, she thinks her celebrity status puts her above the law since she has bragged to multiple people and on social media that she orchestrated these vicious attacks. But the reality is setting in, as justice does not care whether her name is Cardi B or Carly B, and she will now answer for her crimes.”

The rapper is scheduled to be arranged on October 29th.
