November 1, 2018, is the opening night for the West Side Story production here at OCSA.

According to Mr. Carswell, the overseer for the play, West Side Story relates to him on a personal level as it was one of the few he had a chance to view with his brother. “This had to be perfect.” Together with Mr. Clegg, Director of the Drama department and others, this goal has been achieved.

The Thursday performance is the first of five throughout this week. The performances Thursday and Friday evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. The two Saturday performances will begin at 1:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Sunday will have a single performance at 2:00 p.m.

The admission price is $5 for students and $10 for adults.
