The Middle School Dance, sponsored by the Sophomore class of 2022, will take place on Friday, September 27th, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM in the Expo Hall. 

“It seems that all the other middle schools in the county have dances” says Mrs. Carswell, the Class of 2022 sponsor. “Because middle schoolers can’t go to the homecoming dance, we thought: what a better way to celebrate the beginning of spirit week as well as give the middle schoolers something to own by having their own dance?” 

The attire for the dance is casual, and the attendees are encouraged to dress in their class color. Sixth grade is red, seventh grade is orange, and eighth grade is yellow. 

The dance serves as the class of 2022’s Fall fundraiser, and the class will use the proceeds for next year’s prom, which they will be organizing as Juniors.
